Hi all,

There are several roles that have become vacant in the off-season. On behalf of the club, I would like to extend my appreciation and thanks to all those people that have helped and contributed to these roles over the years. As one door closes, it presents a great opportunity for some new faces and ideas to keep our club moving forwards.

The club is seeking to fill the following vacancies for the 2022/23 season. I’ve also tried to include a brief job description outlining the key responsibilities.

A. # Junior Manager- tasks involved are

1. Oversee training, coaching activities and player lists
2. work with junior coordinator in finalising coaching appointments and grading for each team
3. meet with each individual coach preseason to assist the grading of players and a coaching plan

B. # 1st XI Team Manager- tasks involved are

1. helping captain out on game day with the organisation of collecting subs etc
2. scoring, mainly at away games

C. # Women’s Coach- tasks involved are

1. guidance and encouragement to a group of beginner girls to teach them the skills of cricket
2. oversee training, 1 night a week and help on game day (Sunday)

D. # Master Blaster coaches- tasks involved are

1. helping the kids out on a Saturday morning for approx. 2hrs
2. organising of kids on the Saturday
3. 3making sure the kids have lots of fun on gameday

E. # Junior Blaster- tasks are very similar to Master Blaster

F. # 2nd XI Team Manager- tasks are very similar to the 1st XI team manager

Some of the above opportunities will be paid roles. Details will be disclosed and discussed with those expressing interest. Please note that the club is casting a wide net to attract interested parties from our past players, junior parents, members and absolutely anyone who wants to help make our club greater.
